As part of our Domestic Assistance team, you’ll support people in their own homes with day‑to‑day household tasks, such as:

- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Basic meal preparation
- Laundry and light household duties

Your work helps create clean, safe, and welcoming environments that enable people to live independently.

This is an entry‑level role, and a great starting point for a career in health and support services. Home Management can step you towards becoming a Support Worker — and if you choose that pathway, we’ll pay for your training. We’re proud to offer a career framework that’s second to none.

Your role will include providing safe, respectful, person centred support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines and boundaries.

- Reliable transport and a clean, current NZ restricted or full driver’s licence




- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Committed to culturally safe, respectful support for people from all backgrounds
- Willing to learn, reflect, and adapt your approach to what matters to each person
- Availability to continue working through school holidays (preferred)
