As a Drive-Thru Lot Attendant with Western Toyota, you’ll play an important role in keeping our Service Department running smoothly and providing a positive experience for our customers. This is an active, hands-on position that involves safely moving and handling customer vehicles, assisting customers as they arrive and depart, and keeping the service drive-thru and lot organized. The role involves frequent outdoor work in changing Newfoundland weather conditions, so you should be comfortable working outside throughout the year.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first people our customers see when they arrive for service. You’ll help keep our service drive-thru running smoothly, ensure our lot is organized and welcoming, and assist our service team by moving vehicles safely and efficiently.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Service Manager.

What You'll be Doing:

- Greet customers arriving in the service drive and provide friendly, skilled assistance.
- Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer vehicles before and after service.
- Maintain an organized and efficient flow of vehicles through the service drive and parking areas.
- Prepare vehicles for service by installing protective seat covers, floor mats, and other as required.
- Retrieve completed vehicles promptly and ensure they are ready and presentable for customer pickup.




- Keep vehicle keys organized and ensure they are returned to the appropriate location.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and surrounding lot areas.
- Assist with keeping entrances, walkways, and vehicle areas clear of snow and ice during winter conditions.
- Provide general support to Service Advisors, technicians, and other members of the Service Department as required.

What We're Looking For:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to perform bending, crouching, and reaching throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and pride in keeping things neat and well maintained
- High school diploma required (post-secondary education considered an asset)
- Automotive service environment experience is an asset
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication)
