Windana is seeking a dedicated AOD Clinician to deliver comprehensive care within a multidisciplinary environment. You will manage a caseload of residents, providing personalized treatment plans and facilitating group sessions. This position emphasizes trauma-informed care and utilizes various therapeutic modalities to empower clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop treatment and intervention plans aligned with client goals • Provide case management, advocacy,

Requirements: • Experience in AOD or mental health sectors • Proven case management and client-centered treatment skills • Ability to write explicit and professional documentation • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Certificate IV in AOD or AOD core competencies
