Paving Stone Pros is looking for a dependable, physically fit Driver / Labourer to join our hardscaping team. In this role, you will safely transport materials and equipment to job sites while actively assisting with paving stone installation, site prep, and landscaping builds. Key Responsibilities Drive work trucks and haul equipment, tools, and materials (pavers, gravel, sand) safely to and from job sites. Perform site preparation including excavation, shoveling, wheelbarrowing, grading, and soil compaction. Assist with laying pavers, cutting stones, mixing concrete, and installing edge restraints.

Load and unload heavy materials and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Perform daily pre-trip vehicle checks and ensure all tools and machinery are properly secured.

Qualifications &

Requirements Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).



Own a reliable personal vehicle to commute to work (our yard is located outside the Perimeter and is not accessible by public transit).

Experience in hardscaping, stone paving, or general construction (Preferred / Asset). Strong work ethic with a positive, reliable attitude. Capability to perform physically demanding labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs throughout the workday. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
