We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Duradek Vinyl Flooring Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing Duradek vinyl flooring solutions, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in flooring installation, and contribute to creating beautiful, functional deck and patio spaces.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and measuring to ensure proper adhesion of vinyl flooring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to execute precise layouts.
- Use hand tools such as saws, trowels, and cutters to cut and shape vinyl materials accurately.
- Install vinyl flooring using appropriate techniques, including caulking and sealing edges for a seamless finish.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform site inspections during and after installation to verify proper adhesion, alignment, and finish quality.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials safely.





Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in flooring installation and carpentry tasks.
- Construction experience with a focus on flooring or related trades such as tile laying or carpentry.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and installation guides accurately.
- Knowledge of flooring installation techniques, including vinyl application and caulking procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise measurements and cuts.
