What You'll Do

- Process customer orders and ensure shipments are executed accurately and on time
- Be a key point of contact for customers and vendors via email and phone, delivering responsive, professional communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and adds real value to the team
- Verify and maintain accurate selling prices and product costs
- Support day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues and keeping things running smoothly
- Stay current on e-commerce trends and best practices, and bring ideas to the table. You'll help gather business requirements, propose improvements, and support the rollout of new projects and initiatives
- Note: this is a full time in-person role





What We're Looking For

- A university or college level degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of information systems, internet platforms, and mobile applications
- Comfort navigating and working within e-commerce systems and applications
- A customer-first mindset - you're passionate about helping people make informed decisions, especially when it comes to medical equipment purchases
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with sharp attention to detail
- The ability to juggle priorities, stay organized, and look for ways to improve processes
- Individuals wanting a long term position with opportunities for career growth within the business
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
