E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager who will take ownership of our online marketplace business and help drive the next phase of growth.

This is not a traditional e-commerce role. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building businesses, solving problems, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership.

Position Summary The E-Commerce Marketplace Manager will manage and grow our presence across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other online marketplaces. You will own the online customer experience—from ensuring products are easy to find and compelling to purchase, to optimizing listings, monitoring competitors, managing advertising partners, and helping determine which products offer the greatest opportunity for growth. Working closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, you'll play a key role in shaping our e-commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Help build and grow Walmart Marketplace.
- Expand onto additional marketplaces.
- Launch and maintain products across platforms.

Listing Optimization

- Own all Amazon SKU listings.
- Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, videos and A Content.
- Ensure products are findable, buyable, properly merchandised and compliant.
- Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues.

Product & Competitive Analysis

- Become an expert on our products.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, reviews and trends.
- Recommend product, content and assortment improvements.





Marketplace Growth Strategy

- Analyze sales, traffic, rankings and conversions.
- Recommend new product opportunities.
- Partner with Product Development to prioritize growth opportunities.

Amazon Marketing & Agency Management

- Primary contact for our third-party Amazon marketing agency.
- Review advertising spend and metrics including ACOS, TACOS and ROAS.
- Ensure advertising investments deliver results and align with launches, promotions and inventory.

Qualifications

- 1 years managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience optimizing Amazon listings.
- Walmart Marketplace experience preferred.
- Experience with additional marketplaces is an asset.
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and marketplace best practices.
- Experience with Amazon advertising and third-party agencies.
- Strong analytical, Excel and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
