Position Title: E-Commerce & Order Desk Supervisor

Reports To: CFO

Position Purpose The E-Commerce & Order Desk Supervisor is responsible for leading the Company's e-commerce and order desk team.

This role will be hands on with significant involvement either directly or indirectly in the processing of transactions. This involvement intensifies during our holiday season.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead a small team of employees to support excellent customer service to webstore, mail order wholesale customers as well as our retail stores.

· Ensure timely order processing.

· Manage the hiring and training of seasonal team to support holiday orders.

· Manage customer inquiries received through telephone, email, and our website.

· Manage CRM system and customer database to support business growth.

· Manage the administration of B2B and B2C websites.

· Develop and coach a high-performing customer-focused team.

Qualifications





· Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline preferred.

· Experience with ERP transaction processing (accounting or sales).

· "Tech savvy", curious and willing to learn new systems and software.

· Problem solving mindset - willing and able to intercept and solve problems with by using AI or web based information.

· Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Experience with ERP/GL system (preferably SAGE 300) including Order-to Cash (O2C) transaction processing.

Solid english language communications skills, both written and verbal are essential.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
