- Level 2 and Level 3 Certified educators only.

- Must have open availability throughout 6:30AM to 6:00PM. Shift will be assigned according to the needs of the organization.

- Primary work In-Ratio

- Creating weekly and monthly lesson plans

- Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and taking children to local points of interest, provide opportunities to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical activity

- Assess the abilities, interests and needs of children and discuss progress or challenges with parents and other staff members

- Responsible for ensuring that all relevant legislative requirements are met with 100% compliance

- Resolves parent complaints through excellence in customer service and adherence to Castleridge policies, employee and parent guidelines

- Perform scheduled clean up.

- Performs other related assignments as required
