Overview
We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel protected, respected, and encouraged to learn and grow.
Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator or are beginning your journey in early childhood education, we welcome individuals who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that promote children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, as appropriate to the role and experience level
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence
- Recognize and respond to the individual needs, strengths, and abilities of each child, ensuring every child feels included and able to participate
- Maintain open, respectful, and positive communication with children, families, and staff
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with the daily organization, routines, and smooth operation of the classroom, including preparing materials and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a consistent experience for children and ensure their individual needs, strengths, and development are recognized and supported
Experience & Knowledge While not required,
experience and knowledge in the following areas are preferred:
- Guiding and caring for children in daycare, educational, or other caregiving settings, including participation in group activities and daily routines
- Inclusive practices and supporting children with diverse needs
- Early childhood development and age-appropriate practices
- Early childhood education principles and best practices

Required Documentation Successful applicants must be prepared to provide proof of any applicable certifications and qualifications, as well as a current Vulnerable Sector Check. Additional screening or documentation may be required in accordance with applicable childcare regulations.
