Duties

- Design and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
- Facilitate classroom activities that promote social skills, behavior management, and positive interactions among children.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing and observational techniques to monitor each child's progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, specialists in special education, and early intervention teams to support individual learning needs and behavioral goals.
- Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management strategies, ensuring safety and engagement for toddlers, preschoolers, and young children.




- Incorporate early childhood education best practices such as lesson planning, child welfare protocols, and childcare standards into daily routines.
- Support children with diverse needs by applying experience with special education strategies and early intervention programs to foster inclusive learning experiences.

Experience

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is essential.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, standardized testing procedures, and Montessori or other educational philosophies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, colleagues, and external specialists effectively.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
