- Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations to ensure a secure learning space at all times.

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while engaging children through play-based learning.
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective behavior management and instructional skills.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
