The team provides analysis and decision support to business leaders and senior finance management, ensuring that the right metrics are developed and communicated to businesses amid evolving market and regulatory environments.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business partners to understand client revenue and profitability (e.G., NIAT) to inform business decisions that drive profitable growth.Assist with the design and implementation of reporting to monitor progress against current/existing initiatives across Fixed Income businesses.Contribute to simplifying and automating existing processes (e.G., using Tableau, Alteryx,



Power BI).Support the Fixed Income Finance team's management reporting responsibilities through standard month‑end activities and streamline Hyperion and source system bookings to the lowest granularity of business inputs.Help build out regional planning and reporting processes.Participate in process improvements, data analytics, ad hoc requests, and projects/initiatives to meet business requirements.Program HighlightsLeadership talks with key leaders across the organization.Lunch and learns on topics such as innovation.Diversity and inclusion, personal branding, and more.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in third or fourth year of an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field; intent to return to school at the start of the work term (required for all co‑op/intern positions).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of capital markets / financial products preferred.Proficient in Office applications and other software.Asset if candidate has coding capabilities for process automation / streamlining.Additional InformationWork term: September 8 – December 18, 2026 (4 months).Applications must include a transcript, a cover letter (one page or less), and a resume (maximum of two pages).Applicants must reside in Canada (role location) irrespective of remote working arrangements.Work location and start dates are subject to change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
