Our large Manufacturing client in Oshawa is looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong skills with HRSD and Employee Centre.

This is a hybrid role - 2 days/week on-site in Oshawa.

This is a 2 year contract position.

Job Overview

- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives
- Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.




- Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary
- Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
