About the Role

Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Operations Associate to support the Ecommerce Operations Supervisor in managing day-to-day online store activities.

This role is execution-focused — you’ll be an integral part that keeps SKUs and orders flowing, and customer experience smooth.

If you like structured work (dynamic in nature, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to make ecommerce run efficiently, this is your role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- SKU Management

· Upload and update SKU listings in Inventory

· Maintain product data accuracy (pricing, specs, SKUs, descriptions)

- Order & Fulfillment Support

· Monitor daily order flow and flag issues

· Coordinate with warehouse/vendors for order status

· Track shipments and update customers when needed

· Coordinate and schedule pick up for shipments/creating BOL

· Resolve order discrepancies (missing items, delays, incorrect shipments)

- Inventory & Data Maintenance

· Update stock levels in Inventory

· Identify inconsistencies and report them proactively

- Customer Experience Support

· Assist with order-related inquiries (email/chat support)

· Handle basic returns, exchanges, and refund coordination

· Escalate complex cases to the supervisor

- Website Operations & QA

· Perform routine website checks (broken links, product errors, pricing issues)

· Test checkout flow and report bugs

- Reporting & Process Support

· Maintain simple trackers (orders, returns, inventory issues)

· Assist in creating SOPs and improving workflows

· Provide insights on recurring issues or inefficiencies

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

- 1–3 years experience in ecommerce operations/supply chain or admin roles

- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)





- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Bigcommerce/Shopify preferred, others acceptable)

- Clear written communication

- Nice-to-Have

- Experience in asset management, construction or B2B ecommerce

- Familiarity with tools like

- Bigcommerce / Shopify

- ShipStation or any similar platform

- Inventory or ERP systems

- Deconstruct to Construct thinking

- Sense of Humor
