Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Electrical & Mechanical Technician with practical experience in industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and welding/fabrication.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot motors, pumps, conveyors, control panels, sensors, wiring, and other industrial systems.
- Perform mechanical repair, equipment assembly, alignment, and preventive maintenance.
- Carry out welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication as required.
- Assist with instrumentation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Maintain equipment records and follow all safety procedures.
- Work with engineers, operators, and other technical staff to resolve equipment issues..

Experience





- 2–3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance or similar experience.
- Hands-on experience with electrical work, including motors, wiring, control panels, sensors, switches, electrical connections, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on mechanical experience with industrial equipment, pumps, bearings, and other machinery.
- Hands-on welding and fabrication experience, including cutting, grinding, fitting, and basic welding.
- Experience using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial experience is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to workplace safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00 per hour
