coordinating and/or supporting the SHA pharmacy residency programs and working to ensure development and maintenance of tools and information for healthcare providers and/or patients regarding medication-related issues within the SHA. Incumbents will liaise with the U of S, College of Pharmacy and Nutrition to facilitate experiential learning within SHA sites. The incumbent represents Pharmacy Services on designated committees and coordinating pharmacy initiatives as it relates to designated projects. The incumbent works in a staff pharmacist role approximately 20% of work hours. Two years hospital pharmacy experience Education
