Electronic Service Manager

Job Summary The Electronic Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the electronics service department, ensuring high-quality repair and maintenance services for electronic equipment. This role involves managing technicians, coordinating service schedules, maintaining customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the electronic service team, including technicians and support staff.
- Plan, assign, and monitor repair, installation, and maintenance work.
- Ensure timely diagnosis and repair of electronic equipment and systems.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare work schedules, performance evaluations, and staff training programs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain service reports, budgets, and operational records.
- Coordinate with sales, warranty, and technical support teams to improve service delivery.
- Analyze service performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Stay updated on new electronic technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in electronics repair or technical service,



with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience with inventory management and service management software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
