POSITION: SUPPORT STAFF (FOOD RUNNER / SERVER ASSISTANT) FULL or PART-TIME

We’re looking for friendly, hard-working individuals to join our support team as Food Runners and Server Assistants. This is an excellent entry point into the world of hospitality—no prior experience is required. If you’re passionate about food and wine, love working as part of a high-energy team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Deliver food and assist with service to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience
- Maintain guest water levels and clear/reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Keep service stations stocked and organized (cutlery, plates, glassware, water bottles, etc.)
- Communicate with the Expo and Kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Support servers and the rest of the FOH/BOH team with a positive and professional attitude
- Polish glassware and cutlery to standard, and help maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and guest washrooms
- Follow all service standards, training notes, and daily task lists

QUALIFICATIONS





- No previous experience required—just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn (those with experience will be given priority)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
- Attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and pride in keeping things clean and organized
- Serving It Right certification (required before your first shift)
- A passion for hospitality and an interest in growing within a leading restaurant group

AVAILABILITY

- Three to five shifts per week
