Elmwood Unity Walk is a safety patrol group ran by the Chalmers Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation (CNRC) that operates within the Chalmers / Elmwood neighbourhood to create a safer and cleaner area for the community. This includes going on walks to remove potentially hazardous materials. Handing out food and water to those in need; and lastly referring to other Chalmers Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation programs that would provide an effective wrap around service to residents in the community.

These walks take place every Thursday from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and every Sunday from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

All volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.





There is a FREE MEAL served before each walk.

For every 9 hours of volunteering, participants can receive a FREE BAG of fresh produce.
