The Energy Management

Specialist will directly report to the Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on overseeing energy programs that align with organizational sustainability goals. You will play a crucial role in the assessment of energy savings and the justification of capital projects for improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute corporate sustainability strategy for energy efficiency
- Manage energy efficiency projects across the Lagimodiere plant
- Review contractor bids and coordinate with vendors
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management
- Promote energy conservation campaigns internally Requirements:
- Engineering degree or CET certification
- 3+ years of experience in energy management
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation capabilities
- Proven project management experience
