By joining our team, you’ll be part of a dynamic group shaping the future of electrical power distribution. We’re looking for a strategic and highly technical Engineering Manager to champion our multidisciplinary product development for lighting and telecom power applications. This role is the operational engine of our engineering department, responsible for aligning hardware, software, and firmware teams to deliver exceptional products that meet customer requirements, strict compliance standards, and scale seamlessly into manufacturing.

Champion a multidisciplinary engineering approach across our Class 2 (low-voltage) and Class 4 (fault-managed) power product lines. Streamline engineering DevOps and workflows to maximize efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Take full ownership of the engineering roadmap, driving accountability to ensure all hardware and software milestones are delivered on time. Partner cross-collaboratively with Sales to capture the "voice of the customer," driving strategic alignment on exactly what to build and translating market needs into actionable engineering requirements.
Champion
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and overall manufacturability,
collaborating deeply with Operations to ensure products scale seamlessly and efficiently from prototype to mass production. Oversee product compliance and certification lifecycle management (including UL and other regulatory standards). Deliver executive-level reporting and updates, translating complex engineering execution into clear insights for leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive predictability in engineering cycles, turning complex R&D; initiatives into reliable delivery schedules. Manage SR&ED; technical documentation and reporting to maximize R&D; capital. 5+ years of proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in a hardware & software product company. ~ Demonstrated technical leadership and management experience spanning power electronics, RF, analog electronics, systems design, and embedded firmware/software . ~ Deep knowledge of product compliance, certification, and regulatory standards (ideally for products in the lighting, telecom, or data center markets). ~ Strong DFM mindset with proven experience working alongside operations to scale prototype products to mass manufacturing. ~ Highly capable of translating engineering execution to executive audiences and partnering with sales to define product scope. ~ You prioritize active collaboration across teams and with our customers and suppliers.
