Irving Shipbuilding is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Engineering Performance to lead performance management across our engineering programs. You will partner with Delivery and Design Directors to ensure cost, schedule and scope alignment and drive excellence in project execution. You will oversee Engineering Performance processes, support Earned Value Management (EVM) and lead a team responsible for integrating work planning across multiple sub-teams in a complex matrixed workplace,
