Enterprise Business Analyst – POS

Location: Vancouver, BC

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in office + 1 day remote

Experience: 8+ years

Rate: CAD $70/hour – Incorporation

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst with strong expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems to support enterprise technology and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand POS processes and requirements.
- Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other business documentation.
- Analyze existing POS processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and work with development teams throughout implementation.
- Support system integration, testing, UAT,



and defect resolution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops.
- Manage requirements across multiple projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong Point of Sale (POS) experience is mandatory.
- Experience working on enterprise-level projects.
- Solid requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with UAT, testing, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
