FireFly Solar is hiring an Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a commission-only field role where typical earnings run from about $70,000 a year for steady performers to $115,000 and up for the strongest, and no solar or sales experience is needed. Your job is to knock doors, talk with homeowners about solar, and book qualified appointments for our senior Solar Educators.

Who We Are:

- FireFly Solar sells residential solar to homeowners across the Calgary area, and we are growing our team of Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives.
- We run a structured setting team with scripts, a CRM, and clear daily targets.
- We train you in the field with experienced managers, so you are never on your own.
- We promote on performance, not tenure.

What You Will Do Each Day:

- Join a short team meeting at noon, Monday to Friday,



for training and your territory.
- Knock doors in your assigned neighborhoods, usually from 2 PM to 8 PM.
- Talk with homeowners about solar and find the ones who are interested.
- Qualify homeowners and book in-home consultations in the CRM.
- Collect site photos of the roof, electrical panel, and meter.
- Upload customer and site details so our team can build the proposal.
