The successful candidate will join a busy and growing estates practice with immediate access to internally generated work, including estate administration and probate matters.

The successful candidate will support and contribute to the firm’s established estates practice, with responsibilities including estate administration, probate matters, succession planning, trusts, and capacity-related matters.
The lawyer will work closely with experienced practitioners within a highly collaborative team structure and will benefit from strong internal referral sources and existing client relationships. The position offers exposure to a broad range of wills and estates matters in a practice that prioritizes client relationships, professionalism, and long-term service to the Ottawa community. 2–5+ years of experience in wills & estates law, including estate administration and succession planning Strong drafting, organizational, and client management skills Ability to develop and foster strong client and community relationships Experience in disability planning, tax, estate litigation, or business law considered an asset Ability to speak and draft in French is considered a strong asset, though not mandatory Interest in long-term career growth and integration within the firm culture Long-term growth and opportunities
