Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and extractions to meet individual client needs.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell retail items to support clients’ skincare goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively.
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to ensure optimal results.




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

- Valid esthetician license or certification
- Experience with eyelash extensions and waxing is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals.
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling products confidently.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering high-quality treatments.
- Knowledge of current skincare trends and products to provide expert advice.
