Now Hiring: Estheticians (2 Positions)

We're looking for two skilled, passionate estheticians to join our team. Alongside serving a growing demand for our treatments, we need your help to help anchor a rotating weekday/weekend schedule alongside our esthetics team, so everyone can enjoy real work-life balance while keeping our clients cared for six days a week.

As an esthetician with Healing Waters Spa, you're not just performing services; you're guiding people through a piece of their well-being journey. We pride ourselves on offering unparalleled experiences that nurture our clients from the moment they arrive to long after they walk out the door.

We're serious about who joins our team. This isn't a role for someone looking to get by on the basics. We want estheticians who are intrinsically driven to do excellent work: technically skilled, endlessly curious, and genuinely invested in every client relationship they build. In return, we invest heavily in you. All new hires go through extensive, hands-on training in our protocols, so you'll be set up to deliver treatments at the highest standard we can offer.

What You'll Do

Treatment & Technical Excellence

Deliver excellent, on-brand treatments across our full service menu, including facials, body treatments (our Signature Hammam), pedicures, lifting and tinting, and waxing. Continually refine your technique through our internal training and protocols, and bring your own intuition and care to how you personalize each treatment to the client in front of you.





Client Care & Connection

Build real relationships with clients, not just appointments. Listen closely to what someone needs, whether they say it outright or not, and use both your training and your own instincts to guide them toward the right services and home-care routine. Make every client, regular or new, feel genuinely seen and cared for.

Client Retention & Sales

Help clients stay connected to their skincare and wellness journey by confidently recommending next appointments, series, and take-home products that will genuinely benefit them. Meet individual sales and retention targets as a meaningful part of the role, not an afterthought.

Product & Protocol Knowledge

Develop expert-level knowledge of the products and protocols we use, so you can speak to ingredients, technique, and results with real confidence and educate clients along the way.

Community & Space

Contribute to the culture of the space; support your fellow estheticians, help maintain a calm and welcoming treatment environment, and take pride in being part of a team that clients trust with their care.

What We're Looking For

- A strong foundational knowledge of core esthetic treatments: facials, body treatments, pedicures, lifting and tinting, and waxing
- Esthetic certification from a recognized collage




- A genuine, intrinsic passion for the esthetics industry, not just a job you're good at
- A love of learning; you're excited to go deeper into protocols, products, and technique, and you welcome extensive on-site training
- Excellent client-facing skills: warmth, presence, and the ability to build trust quickly
- A track record of (or solid drive toward) retaining clients and meeting sales goals
- Reliability and flexibility with a rotational schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- A collaborative spirit and genuine investment in contributing to the team and community

Schedule These are two full team positions built around a shared rotational schedule, designed so each esthetician gets a fair mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, along with real time off.

- Rotational shifts covering weekday daytime and evening hours, plus weekend coverage
- Each esthetician will rotate through blocks that include evenings and weekends worked, alternating with blocks that give them evenings and weekends off
- Exact shift blocks and rotation cadence to be finalized with the team, with input from both new hires

Compensation Hourly pay is based on experience from $17-23. Compensation includes hourly rate of pay, commission on sales, and gratuity.
