What We’re Looking For

- Certified Esthetician from a recognized training facility.
- Must have Esthetics License in Manitoba
- 5+ years of hands-on industry experience.
- A natural leader who’s analytical, collaborative, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Your Day-to-Day

- Coach students on salon simulation, self-marketing, sales techniques, and client retention strategies.
