The higher end of the wage range is for someone who can work efficiently and independently, read grades, plan out their work, operate equipment proficiently, troubleshoot problems on site and complete jobs with minimal supervision.

Previous excavation or construction experience is preferred. We are especially interested in applicants with experience in drainage, retaining walls, concrete preparation, grading, pipe installation and operating around existing homes and utilities.

We’re willing to pay well for the right person who can take responsibility for their work, maintain a high standard of workmanship and help keep jobs moving efficiently.
