? Remote | ? ~3 hrs/week | Ongoing The Lifeline Canada Foundation has been working since 2013 to strengthen suicide prevention, mental health support, and crisis intervention across Canada. We're looking for a Volunteer Executive Administrator to support our CEO directly and help keep our programs, new developments and outreach running smoothly.

Please note: this role is open to applicants based in Canada only.

What you'll do:

- Draft and send email correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Create newsletters and support marketing and outreach initiatives
- Conduct online research for programs and projects
- Support social media presence and content
- Take on general admin and project tasks

What we're looking for:

- Experienced and Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Open to students,



career professionals and anyone with the right skills and a genuine interest in the mission
