Your Opportunity: This is an exciting chance to join the Office of the Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations and play a key role in supporting one of the organization’s most senior operational leaders. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations, the Executive Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive executive coordination and administrative support within a dynamic, complex, and highly visible portfolio. As an integral member of the executive office team, you will be responsible for managing a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings and events, preparing briefing materials and correspondence, and ensuring the effective flow of information across Clinical Operations.

You will work closely with executive leaders, physician leaders, corridor leadership teams, provincial program leaders, and key internal and external stakeholders to support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.

Description: As the Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a complex and dynamic executive calendar, coordinating meetings and engagements with internal and external stakeholders, preparing briefing materials and meeting packages, and supporting the flow of information across the Clinical Operations portfolio. You will work closely with executive leadership, physician leaders, corridor leadership teams, provincial program leaders, and key partners to ensure priorities are effectively coordinated and aligned. To support the objectives of the portfolio, you will exercise sound judgment, discretion, and political acuity while managing competing priorities and responding to emerging issues.

The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to anticipate needs, proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the Senior Vice President is prepared for meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.



A key component of the role is building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Clinical Operations and the broader organization. You will support executive office operations through the preparation of correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting logistics, and other materials required to support organizational priorities and leadership activities.

The position may require occasional travel in support of executive meetings, strategic initiatives, and organizational events. Travel requirements will be planned collaboratively, considering operational needs and personal commitments.

Classification: Executive Administrative Coord Union: Exempt Unit and Program: Office of the Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations Primary Location: Seventh Street Plaza Location Details: As Per Location Employee Class: Regular Full Time FTE: 1.00 Posting End Date: 18-AUG-2026 Date Available: 01-SEP-2026 Hours per Shift: 7.75 Length of Shift in weeks: 1 Shifts per cycle: 5 Shift Pattern: Days Days Off: Saturday/Sunday Minimum Salary: $28.54 Maximum Salary: $47.70 Vehicle Requirement: Driver's License, Vehicle Provided Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by post-secondary education in office administration, business administration, executive office administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A minimum of five (5) years' experience providing administrative support to senior leaders within a large, complex organization, preferably within healthcare or a similarly complex environment.





Additional Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives with complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and executive office operations. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools. Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands and changing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with executive leaders, physicians, staff, government representatives, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and political acumen when handling sensitive and confidential information. Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, identify and resolve issues proactively, and adapt effectively within a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

Ability to coordinate and, when required, participate in travel activities in support of the Senior Vice President, executive meetings, strategic initiatives, and organizational events. Travel dates and duration are established through mutual planning and consideration of operational and personal commitments.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting a Vice President, Senior Vice President, Chief Officer, or equivalent executive leader. Knowledge of Alberta's healthcare system and Clinical Operations environments.

Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, briefing packages, presentations, and stakeholder communications. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across operational corridors, provincial programs, and corporate departments.
