Job Summary:

As a Senior Production Coordinator , you will be a vital link between our internal teams and overseas suppliers, ensuring smooth and timely production for our wholesale partners. Reporting to the Production Director , this role involves managing timelines, evaluating QC, supporting logistics, and helping drive the success of day-to-day production operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing production timelines and maintaining the critical path for all orders
- Communicating daily with overseas factories and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Tracking and following up on purchase orders, approvals, and shipping schedules
- Managing incoming overseas parcel shipments and verifying documentation
- Maintaining and updating internal systems for production follow-ups
- Generating and issuing purchase orders accurately and on time
- Organizing and managing all production files and documentation
- Supporting costing processes and assisting with sample management alongside design and production teams
- Troubleshooting production issues such as delays, quality concerns,



and compliance matters
- Working closely with internal departments — Design, Tech, Logistics, Sales
- Ensuring compliance with Costco and other retail partner packaging and quality standards

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in production coordination within the apparel or consumer goods industry
- Direct experience working with Costco, including compliance, packaging, and shipping standards
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with overseas vendors and managing international timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
