OMEMO Studios is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to help lead the development and execution of The Immortals: Chapter One, an ambitious international entertainment property spanning broadcast television, competition, music, dance, large-scale live performance, and premium events.

The Immortals is a contemporary English-language retelling of Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh, developed as a long-form narrative universe across original music, visual storytelling, performance, publishing, and screen production.

Chapter One begins with a global call for dancers and choreographers, progresses into a professionally produced competition series, and culminates in a major live theatrical and broadcast event. The larger production architecture also includes a formal awards gala and premium live experiences surrounding the conclusion of the season.

The current working production model is in the eight-figure USD range. We are therefore looking for a senior producer who has operated at significant television and live-event scale and can help translate an established creative vision into a rigorous, executable production.

The Role:

The Executive Producer will work closely with OMEMO’s founders and creative leadership to shape the production architecture of Chapter One and assemble the senior teams required to execute it.

The role includes

- Developing the overall production strategy, structure, schedule, and delivery model for Chapter One.
- Helping shape the competition format for broadcast and streaming.
- Building and overseeing senior production teams across television, live events, casting, talent, technical production, and operations.




- Developing production budgets, schedules, workflows, and risk frameworks appropriate to a major international production.
- Leading or supporting relationships with broadcasters, production companies, venues, distributors, unions, vendors, and major production partners.
- Overseeing casting and contestant production infrastructure for an international dance competition.
- Connecting episodic television production with the eventual large-scale live final.
- Working with specialist live-event leadership on venue production, rehearsals, staging, technical systems, audience operations, and broadcast integration.
- Establishing processes for multicamera production, post-production, live capture, archival production, and international distribution.
- Helping OMEMO identify what should remain internally controlled and what should be delegated to experienced production partners.
- Maintaining production discipline while protecting the creative and cultural identity of the project.

We are particularly interested in candidates with substantial experience in network or broadcast television, reality and competition formats, major televised specials, large-scale live entertainment, multicamera production, casting, talent management,



and complex productions involving large interdisciplinary teams.

Experience producing major concerts, awards shows, performing arts broadcasts, arena or theatrical productions, international competition formats, or productions that move between episodic television and live events would be especially valuable.

This is a senior leadership role. We are not looking simply for someone to manage an existing production plan. We are looking for someone capable of challenging assumptions, identifying operational gaps, building the right team, and helping turn an unusually ambitious creative property into a production that can actually be delivered.

OMEMO Studios will provide the underlying IP, narrative canon, music, visual direction, creative architecture, and Chapter One format. The Executive Producer will help build the production machine capable of taking that world to screen and stage.
