Job Summary

Village Wellness Spa is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time RMT with a minimum of 5 years of experience who is committed to exceptional client care and enjoy working in a professional spa environment.

We offer a variety of services including Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. We welcome RMTs with additional specialties, techniques, and certifications who are interested in expanding their practice.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario RMT registration/license
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and service

Duties:

- Assess clients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.




- Provide professional massage therapy treatments using appropriate techniques and within your scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in accordance with Ontario regulatory standards.
- Provide a welcoming, professional client experience from consultation through treatment.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage appropriate rebooking and ongoing care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Village Wellness Spa team to support a positive client experience.
