Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness is expanding to West Springs, and we are looking for an experienced Chiropractor to join our newest Calgary location as an independent contractor.

With two established Calgary clinics and our new West Springs location opening soon, Evolve offers an opportunity to build and grow your practice within an established multidisciplinary clinic group - without taking on the overhead, staffing, administration, and operational responsibilities of running a clinic independently.

About the Opportunity We are seeking a professional, motivated, and patient-focused Chiropractor who wants to build a strong long-term practice at our newest West Springs location.The successful practitioner will operate as an independent contractor while benefiting from the infrastructure, administration, marketing, clinic systems, and professional environment of the Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness group.We are particularly interested in speaking with Chiropractors who enjoy treating musculoskeletal conditions, active individuals,



and sports-related injuries and who value evidence-informed, collaborative patient care.f

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Conducting comprehensive patient histories, examinations, and assessments
- Developing individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate therapeutic care
- Educating patients regarding movement, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and lifestyle strategies
- Incorporating rehabilitation and exercise-based strategies when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Developing and maintaining solid patient relationships
- Collaborating with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate
- Maintaining all required professional registrations, insurance, and continuing education
- Actively developing and growing your chiropractic practice

Required Qualifications

- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution
- Registered and in good standing to practice chiropractic in Alberta
- Required professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-informed care
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary environment

Preferred Qualifications and Assets The following are considered assets but are not required:

- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Strong proficiency with Diversified chiropractic technique
- Experience or a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
- Experience treating active populations or athletes
- Experience or interest in active rehabilitation and exercise prescription
- Training or certification in dry needling
- Experience with soft-tissue techniques or other complementary manual therapy approaches




- Established professional referral relationships
- An existing patient following
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a successful patient practice
- Interest in building a long-term presence within the West Springs community

Independent Contractor Structure

This is an independent-contractor opportunity.

The Chiropractor will maintain professional autonomy over their clinical practice while operating within Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness.

Compensation is based on a competitive percentage-based structure.

Location and Schedule The new clinic is located in West Springs in southwest Calgary.

The clinic will operate Monday through Saturday.Practitioner schedules are flexible and will be established collaboratively between Evolve and the successful practitioner based on practitioner availability, patient demand, and clinic needs.

Both substantial part-time and full time practice schedules may be accommodated.
