Do you have at least 6 months of optical experience working in an optical store in Ontario, including experience with frame styling and recommending glasses? If you’re passionate about customer care and looking to grow your skills, we’ll support you every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

- A personable, customer-focused individual with a minimum of 6 months’ optical retail experience in Ontario.
- Someone confident in pretesting (autorefraction, OCT, etc.) , advising patients on frame and lens options, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service.
- A friendly, outgoing team player who thrives in a quick-paced retail environment and can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A service-driven professional who values building long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome and support customers throughout their visit.
- Carry out pre-screening tests with care and accuracy.
- Provide expert frame styling advice and lens recommendations tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Process orders efficiently and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
- Create memorable WOW moments through genuine,
