We are expanding our maintenance team and seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our camp. In this full-time role, you'll ensure all systems meet operational standards efficiently and safely. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a skilled maintenance team and coordinating the upkeep of camp infrastructure.

This includes accommodations, kitchens, and vital systems such as HVAC and water treatment. Your ability to exercise good judgement under pressure will be essential in this hands-on role. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily maintenance of camp infrastructure
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team effectively
- Address and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times
- Track maintenance records and manage supply inventory Requirements:
- Certification in a trade relevant to maintenance preferred
- 2 years of experience in maintenance roles
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
