You will work collaboratively to confirm policy coverage, manage documentation, and guide the settlement process. Mentoring junior staff will also be a key role, fostering a culture of growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Senior Bodily Injury and General Liability claims
- Collaborate with leadership for claim resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations and maintain records
- Settle claims with claimants and Plaintiff’s Counsel
- Provide mentorship to junior team members Requirements:
- University degree, diploma or CIP designation
- At least 3 years in claims handling
- Significant experience in General Liability claims
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
