• Configure supporting documents like Role Codes and Review Queues
• Participate in testing, deployment, and support
• Resolve issues tracked in Jira effectively
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of technical support or configuration experience
• Strong knowledge of XML and FireLight platform
• Familiarity with SDLC practices
• Experience with Jira and Notepad++ preferred
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
