The position supports ongoing engagement with senior business leaders, staffing suppliers, and program stakeholders while translating workforce and financial data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), including Beeline Understanding of contingent workforce programs, MSP models, or staffing industry dynamics Excel reporting and analysis HR background

Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship partner for priority Strategic Business Units Conduct monthly touchpoints with senior business leaders to discuss workforce priorities and contractor utilization trends Track and report on headcount trends, program spend, leave savings, rebate potential, and program usage metrics Build executive-level PowerPoint summaries of program findings and performance Manage relationships with current and potential staffing suppliers Facilitate quarterly supplier reviews with leadership stakeholders Consolidate business and supplier data into program performance reporting and insights
