What You Will Do

Account Operations & Processing

- Process a range of client transactions, including trades, transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and payments
- Complete documentation for account openings, updates, transfers, and ongoing maintenance
- Navigate multiple systems to gather, verify, and update client information
- Support advisors by responding to client calls and emails
- Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings

Special Projects & Administration

- Coordinate tax season documentation and requests
- Support estate settlement processes and related paperwork

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
