Key Responsibilities:



• Lead hardware design for optical transceivers • Collaborate with engineers across disciplines • Maintain and document hardware design specifications • Conduct design reviews and resolve DFM issues • Troubleshoot and enhance optical transceiver performance

Requirements: • B.S. in Electrical Engineering; M.S./Ph.D. a plus • 15+ years of relevant design experience • Strong skills in analog/digital circuit design • Proficiency with electronics CAD tools • Knowledge of micro-controller communication protocols
