This Associate role focuses on effective administration of Private Equity funds, involving detailed record-keeping and client interactions. You will prepare financial statements, manage capital distributions, and work alongside various stakeholders to meet compliance and reporting deadlines. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage books for Private Equity funds
• Prepare Net Asset Valuations and financial statements
• Handle capital call and distribution calculations




• Manage capital notice releases and quarterly reports
• Work with internal teams to meet SLA requirements
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in PE or fund administration
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and fund structures
• Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Excel and client onboarding
