Responsibilities

- Engage with customers warmly, understanding their style preferences and needs to provide tailored fashion solutions.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key benefits and styling tips.
- Assist customers with merchandising displays, ensuring the store remains visually appealing and organized to enhance shopping flow.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine customer-focused approach.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to explain product details clearly and answer customer inquiries confidently.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all customers receive attentive service without delay.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or fashion consulting is advantageous, especially with technical sales or product demos.
- Strong merchandising skills and familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills necessary for transactions, pricing, and inventory management.
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering positive shopping experiences that encourage repeat business.
