As a key player in project management, you will oversee daily field activities, ensure quality compliance, and facilitate effective communication across all project phases.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily field operations, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and specifications
- Collaborate with quality manager, contractors, and subcontractors to align on project goals and timelines
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities
- Utilize construction management software such as Autodesk Forma (Formally ACC), Bluebeam to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to quality control measures, and design plans
- Manage time effectively across multiple tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of work

Requirements





- Proven experience in construction or civil engineering environments with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using microsoft suite of programs (Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, etc...)
- Hands-on experience with construction management software including Autodesk Forma (Formally ACC), Bluebeam
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project management principles
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents accurately
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Construction safety certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory
