For over 35 years. our technicians are busy with testing concrete, soil, aggregate and asphalt for our customers in the construction industry. We completed over 300,000 projects and many of them are high profile and long-term projects.

None of these projects will be possible without the contributions from our dedicated team of engineers, geoscientists, technicians, technologists, and supporting staff.

We are hiring a Senior Field Materials Testing Technicians for our office in Terrace, BC. It is a full-time permanent position and eligible for benefits after 3 months.

What you will be doing:

- Travelling to job sites to sample and test concrete and aggregate
- recording and reporting results
- liaising with clients and site personnel
- troubleshooting real time compliance issues in the field and monitoring non-compliance protocols

What you will need to have:

- 8 years of experience in working as a Materials Testing Technician
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Ability to lift and control weights up to 23 kilos / 50 lbs.
- Experience in Concrete Testing and Soil testing is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn customized computer programs
- Strong ethics
