About the Role We’re looking for driven Field Sales Representatives who aren’t afraid of hard work and are ready to earn what they’re worth. You’ll be the face of Top Dawg, meeting homeowners, educating them on their options, and guiding them through roof inspections and insurance claims. This is a performance-based role with uncapped commissions, ideal for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants control over their income.

What You’ll Do:

- Generate leads,



and book qualified appointments
- Meet homeowners to discuss storm restoration and roofing solutions
- Educate clients on products, warranties, and insurance claim processes

- Follow up with prospects
- Maintain accurate job notes and customer updates in CRM
- Represent Top Dawg with professionalism, honesty, and pride
