or Service Management roles -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers to ensure our specialty heating, cooling, and power equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and power equipment at customer locations and branch facilities.

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure fleet readiness.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues.

Respond to customer service calls and provide timely technical support.

Train customers on the safe operation and basic maintenance of rental equipment.

Complete service reports, inspection documentation, and work orders using company technology.

Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Significant travel (including overnights) throughout Canada supporting customers wherever they're working. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU'LL BRING We're looking for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience as a Field Service Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, Diesel Mechanic,



HVAC Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Agricultural Equipment Technician, Automotive Technician, or similar trade.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

Experience servicing diesel engines, heating systems, generators, pumps, compressors, or industrial equipment is an asset.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, and digital work order systems.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to tow equipment trailers when required.
