What you’ll do:

- Motivate and inspire your team to bring their whole selves to work when helping customers

- Manage recruitment, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the field services team

- Create an amazing customer experience when providing delivery and installation services

- Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions

- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

What we’re looking for:

- 1 year of similar experience in a leadership role

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract

- Successful completion of criminal background check

- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
